Grilled Molasses Pork Chops

Grilled Molasses Pork Chops
2 pc done

I love when I cook a perfect dinner … that everything comes together just right.  Yesterday’s dinner was a home run even with two new dishes being made!  Hubby said it several times how good all three dishes I cooked were together.  He even commented I had to put these on the blog, lol. I will share all three this week too.  I cooked Grilled Molasses Pork Chops, Grilled Veggie Basket, and Cowboy Potatoes.

I was going to try a new way to do my pork chops.  However I have been using this recipe for several years now and hated to mess with greatness.  It’s awesome and so simple!  My pork chops always come out so moist!!

4 thick cut pork chops (I use boneless butterfly PC)
2 tsp. course ground pepper
2 tsp. molasses
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. salt

Combine molasses, pepper, salt, and garlic.  Rub mixture evenly on each side of the pork chops.  Marinate for at least an hour.

marinate PC

Grill on a hot grill 4-5 min. on each side.  (I cooked mine 4 on each side because they weren’t that thick.)

I usually have my temp at about 400-450 for the pork chops.
